Saturday Club Racing
Club racing is held every Sat throughout the summer season with starting gun at 14.00hrs and one or two races depending on the conditions. White sails and spinnaker boats are welcome. Racing is generally 'around the cans' in waters adjacent to Mullaghmore.
Camile Thai Mullaghmore Regatta 2023
The season highlight is the MSC Regatta which will take place 28nd-30th July. With six races over three days and social activities onshore it always delivers non stop action and excitement. All boats welcome with IRC, ECHO and non-spinnaker categories. See Events section to enter and buy tickets for the ever popular Regatta Dinner.
Sligo and Donegal Bay Regattas
The Ladies Cup Regatta takes place in Sligo Yacht Club in August. Killybegs Regatta normally takes place over the August bank holiday weekend. We hope to have a big turnout from MSC for both events.
Trips and expeditions
With Teelin Harbour, Killybegs and Inishmurray island only a couple of hours away, the club organises day trips (some overnighters) during the summer months. Keep in touch to find out what's happening. And remember what goes on tour stays on tour....
Interested in crewing?
Many skippers welcome crew to help with Saturday racing. We encourage our junior sailors to participate in cruiser sailing which helps them hone their skills and gain valuable cruising and racing experience.
